EASY CHAIR TUTORIAL

Get an EasyChair Account

·         If you have an EasyChair Account just press on Login for the conference.

·         If you do not have an EasyChair Account press on Create an account, answer the CAPTCHA question and fill in your account details. EasyChair account confirmation will be sent to your email. Then, click on the confirmation link to create an EasyChair account, fill in some more personal data, username and password for login.

Review Process

• In the first round, papers are submitted to easy chair using submission link above.
• Each submitted paper will be reviewed by 2-3 reviewers.
• Based on reviewer’s comment, papers will be recommended for publication in selected journals.
• In the second round, papers are formatted according to the journal template.
• Papers are submitted to a selected journal and are reviewed by credible reviewers.
• Acceptance of papers will be considered according to the reviewer's decision. In case, the paper is rejected, it may still be submitted to other journal while its still in peer review stage.
